Prayagraj: The weather in the city remained clear today, but the impact of cold continues to be felt. Cold winds during the morning and evening hours have compelled people to wear warm clothing.
According to the Meteorological Department, today’s minimum temperature in Prayagraj has been recorded at around 12 to 13 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is expected to range between 23 and 25 degrees Celsius. Mild sunshine during the daytime has provided some relief from the cold, although light fog was observed in the morning hours.
At present, there is no possibility of rainfall in the district, and the weather is expected to remain dry. Weather experts say that there is little chance of any major change in temperature over the next few days, but cold conditions during the night and early morning are likely to continue.
The administration has advised people to remain cautious in view of the cold weather and to take necessary precautions, especially while traveling during the morning and evening hours.
