BSP Gears Up in Prayagraj, Akash Anand, Uma Shankar Singh and Vishwanath Pal to Visit Region Ahead of 2027 Elections

The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has intensified its preparations for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. A one-day divisional meeting was held in Prayagraj, where party leaders resolved to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level with the clear objective of forming the government in 2027.

During the meeting, it was announced that Akash Anand, Uma Shankar Singh, and Vishwanath Pal will undertake tours of Prayagraj division and other districts of the state in the coming days. These visits will include district- and assembly-level rallies, organizational review meetings, and direct interactions with party workers.

The meeting was attended by chief guests Munqad Ali, National General Secretary and Chief Zonal In-charge (former Rajya Sabha MP), and Gaya Charan Dinkar, Chief Zonal In-charge of Prayagraj Division (former MLA, Leader of the House, and former Minister).

Emphasis on Strengthening the Organization as per Mayawati’s Directions

Addressing the gathering, party leaders conveyed the directions of BSP National President, former Chief Minister, and former Member of Parliament Mayawati. They stated that the party is now moving decisively toward the goal of forming the government, not merely contesting elections.

It was clearly stated that office-bearers who are inactive or working against party guidelines will be removed from their positions. In their place, honest, committed, and energetic workers will be given responsibilities to strengthen the organization.

Daily Work Register and Regular Reporting Made Mandatory

The leadership also instructed all office-bearers to maintain a daily activity register, documenting their organizational work and submitting regular updates. This step aims to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective monitoring of party activities.

Statewide Rallies Planned Ahead of 2027 Assembly Elections

Leaders reiterated that forming the BSP government in the 2027 Assembly elections is the party’s top priority. To achieve this, a series of rallies and mass outreach programs will be conducted across the state under the leadership of Akash Anand, Uma Shankar Singh, and Vishwanath Pal.

Prominent leaders present at the meeting included Satish Jatav, Pankaj Gautam, Akash Rao, Amarendra Bahadur Bhartiya, Ram Raksha Chamar, Vijay Saroj, Uday Raj Gautam, Ramesh Gautam, Sabir Siddiqui, Pratapgarh District President Sushil Gautam, Kaushambi District President Shailendra Gautam, Fatehpur District President Veer Prakash Lodhi, along with a large number of party officials and workers.

The program was held under the chairmanship of Prayagraj District President Chintamani Verma.
