Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Holds Public Grievance Hearing in Gorakhpur, Directs Officials for Time-Bound Resolution

In Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a public grievance hearing to directly listen to the concerns of citizens. A large number of people attended the event to present their complaints and requests before the Chief Minister.

During the session, the Chief Minister carefully heard each individual and issued necessary instructions to the concerned officials for prompt action. Key issues raised included land disputes, illegal encroachments, requests for medical assistance, police-related complaints, pension matters, housing concerns, and problems related to various government welfare schemes.

Yogi Adityanath emphasized that resolving public grievances should be treated as a top priority. He directed officials to ensure that complaints are addressed within a fixed time frame. He also warned that negligence at any level would lead to accountability being fixed on the responsible officers.

Special attention was directed toward cases involving poor and underprivileged citizens, with instructions to handle such matters sensitively and urgently. In several instances, immediate action was ordered on the spot.

The public grievance hearing in Gorakhpur once again reflected the state government’s commitment to maintaining direct communication with citizens and ensuring transparent and efficient governance.
