Major Setback for SP and Congress in Shravasti: Over 30 Workers Join BSP

Shravasti, Uttar Pradesh:
The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) continues to strengthen its political base in Uttar Pradesh. In a significant development today, more than 30 workers from the Samajwadi Party (SP) and the Congress joined the BSP in Shravasti district, giving both rival parties a major setback.

The newly inducted members said they have full faith in the leadership of Behen Mayawati and will work to promote the politics of social justice and development under her guidance.

Welcoming the new entrants, BSP leaders said the party is committed to its principle of “Sarvajan Hitay, Sarvajan Sukhay” — working for the welfare and progress of every section of society.

Party officials added that BSP’s support base is rapidly expanding across Uttar Pradesh as more people are realizing that Behen Mayawati is the only leader capable of ensuring inclusive development and equality for all communities.

The joining in Shravasti has given the BSP fresh strength at the local level, while it is being seen as a significant setback for both the Samajwadi Party and the Congress in the region.
